Our Process

Discovery Call

A 30 minute call where the CEO deep dives into your business and what you are looking for help with.

Matching

We spend the time pairing you with a great fit for you based on their skillset, time zone, availability, personality, experience, and more. We present you with your match no obligation, free of charge.

Onboarding

Your VA is ready to start as soon as you're matched! You'll have a discovery call where you share tasking, SOPs, preferences, and logins. Then you can hit the ground running by working with your VA 1:1.

FAQs

  • Our plans start at $650 per month. Pricing varies based on number of hours, scope of work, and the VA you are placed with. Book a discovery call for a customized quote and more information.

  • You are charged the price of your plan, and that is it. You can have your VA set up with your company email address, your VA can meet with your team members, and you can meet with your account specialist, all for the price of your plan.

    Because our remote assistants are independent contractors, they provide their own equipment, smartphones, standard computer programs, and pay for their own taxes.

  • We offer fully customized retainer packages to meet each client's specific needs.

    You let us know how many hours you will need, and we will create a customized plan for you. That being said, we are more than happy to adjust the plan if it becomes clear the client needs more or less over time.

    We provide monthly packages so that there is flexibility if you have slower weeks or busier weeks. Unused hours do not roll over and any extra hours worked will be billed at the end of the month.

  • Nicole, our founder and CEO, was a virtual assistant for 11 years before becoming a business owner. She oversees the hiring process and onboarding of new clients.

    Our process creates excellent matches for both virtual assistants and clients. We also manage your virtual executive assistant's workload so you have the right amount of availability from your VA.

    Our VAs have gone through a five-step vetting process (and we have a lower hiring rate than Harvard), so you can be sure you are paired with the best of the best. We guide clients through the onboarding process and support the VA as a team and 1:1 with our community manager.

    Because we are a small business, you aren't just a number. You are a valued Alpine Virtual client and have access to our core team for support.

  • We hire high-quality US-based virtual executive assistants.

    We only choose virtual executive assistants who have years of relevant work experience. All virtual executive assistants go through a five-step vetting process including a background check.

  • You will have one VA dedicated to your account.

    They will work with you one-on-one, getting to know your preferences. They will also work to create SOPs in case they ever get sick or go on vacation.

    In those instances, we will provide a fill-in who can take over until your VA is ready to go.

  • Our VAs work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in their (US) timezone.

    You can submit a task at any time. If after business hours, your assistant will begin working on your task(s) the following business day.

  • Our VAs will respond to any task requests within a couple of hours to let you know they received the request. Most tasks are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the request.

  • Hours do not roll over, but you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
