Our Story
Our founder worked as a virtual assistant for eleven years before building Alpine Virtual in the summer of 2019.
When COVID-19 hit, she was laid off from her second job, which gave her the time and energy to build Alpine Virtual into a thriving agency that helps entrepreneurs, online business owners, and churches do more of what they love by taking over their administrative tasks.

Based in Denver, Colorado, she finds joy in hiking the mountains with her husband and two boys, savoring a great cup of coffee, going for a run, and baking.
Nicole is passionate about helping busy professionals streamline their workload, reclaim their time, and focus on what truly matters.

Amanda has been with Alpine Virtual since 2021, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping virtual assistants thrive. With a robust background in marketing and administrative support, she has spent the past 13 years assisting over 100 businesses in streamlining operations and elevating their brand presence. As a VA Success Coach, Amanda provides guidance, resources, and best practices to help VAs refine their skills and deliver exceptional service to clients. Her expertise, dedication, and problem-solving skills help ensure that our VAs are set up for success. When she’s not supporting VAs, Amanda enjoys cooking in the kitchen with her husband or cozying up with her dog in Mobile, Alabama.

She has a versatile skill set that enables her to tackle tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines efficiently. Known for her strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills. She loves to help her clients in any way she can to make their business thrive.
Fun fact: In her free time, Gia loves to discover new hiking trails, spend quiet time with a book, and snuggle with her rescue cat, Koba!
