Our Story

Our founder worked as a virtual assistant for ten years before building Alpine Virtual in the summer of 2019.

When COVID-19 hit, she was laid off from her second job, which gave her the time and energy to build Alpine Virtual into a thriving agency that helps entrepreneurs, online business owners, and churches do more of what they love by taking over their administrative tasks.

Meet the Core Team

Founder & CEO

  • Over the last 11 years, Nicole has helped start-ups, busy families, entrepreneurs, and established companies get more done without the cost and hassle of employing a full-time assistant.

    She is based in Denver, Colorado. She enjoys hiking in the mountains with her husband and two boys, sipping a cup of coffee, going on a run, and experimenting with healthy recipes.

    Her passion is to help you make your dreams come true!

Business Manager

  • Melanie has been managing a school for over a decade and was also the vice president of a major charity organization for many years before that.

    Melanie has been with Alpine Virtual since day one.

    She thrives on supporting the CEO and virtual assistants and helping organize workloads. She has the great ability to see the big picture of an organization and make recommendations to make it run smoothly.

    Melanie has two dogs that keep her active! In her free time, she enjoys sewing, quilting, and machine embroidery!

Community Manager

  • Jodi has been with the Alpine Team for two years. She came to us with a variety of experiences.

    Her background includes teaching pre-K through 6th grade; administrative assistant work for a hotel director in Las Vegas; behind-the-scenes administrative work in elementary, high school, and junior college settings; travel/event coordinating; and experience in hiring, training & orientation for new employees.

    First and foremost, Jodi is passionate about her Christian walk, loves cooking, traveling, and is in her true element when she is talking about international adoption. (Jodi and her husband have navigated two international adoptions and are in mid-process for a third!)

    As a VA, Jodi loves writing blog posts, creating designs in Canva, planning trips, and all things organization!

    Originally from Iowa, Jodi now lives with her husband, 4 children, and 2 dogs in North Carolina.

Account Manager

  • Lisa brings insider knowledge from a decade of executive assistant experience. She enjoys working behind the scenes, digging into the details, and sifting through options in order to keep clients out of the weeds.

    Lisa has been with Alpine Virtual since 2022. She loves to bring organization to chaos. She has experience with customer care, calendar management, email management, and much more.

VA Success Coach

  • Amanda lives in Mobile, Alabama, and has spent the past 12 years creating and managing social media content, marketing strategies, and brand development for over 50 businesses.

    She has worked with car dealerships, grocery store chains, and even college universities!

    While working in marketing agency atmospheres, she has roots in C-level administrative tasks and organization, where she supplies support through scheduling, email writing, and presentation building.

    Amanda has been with the Alpine Team for 2 years now!

    When she is not helping amazing clients run their businesses, she can usually be found cooking in the kitchen with her husband or snuggling with her dog!
